If you’ve ever felt like your voice doesn’t really match who you are or how you want to be heard, you’re not alone. Your voice is one of the most personal things about you. It’s how you connect, express yourself, show up, and take up space in the world. But what happens when your voice doesn’t quite match who you are — or how you want to be heard. You may feel unsure, frustrated, or simply curious about what’s possible with your voice.
Whether you want to sound more confident, more expressive, more aligned with your identity—or just more like yourself—I’m here to help.
I’m a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), certified life and wellness coach, trained counselor, and professional singer. That means I bring a mix of science, empathy, creativity, and real-world tools to support you as a whole person—not just a set of vocal cords.

Sometimes it’s not just the sound of your voice—it’s how it makes you feel. Maybe your voice has never felt like it fits. Maybe you hold back when you speak, or feel unsure how others hear you.
Here, we work on both the voice and the inner stuff: self-doubt, fear, anxiety, and identity. This is a safe, judgment-free space to start using your voice with more confidence and freedom.

If you need your voice to show up—on stage, in meetings, on Zoom, or anywhere you’re speaking to others—I’ve got you. As a singer and performer, I can help you use your voice in a way that’s strong, expressive, and totally grounded.
Whether it’s tone, rhythm, breath control, or just not freezing up in front of people, we’ll make a plan that works for you.

Your voice is connected to everything—your breath, your nervous system, your posture, even your emotions. If you’ve ever felt tight, stuck, or disconnected when you speak, this work is all about helping you feel more relaxed and at home in your voice.
We’ll use simple techniques like breathing, body awareness, and mindfulness to make space for your voice to come through naturally.
